LTCM is developing a partnership with pastoral intern Macklann Basse and the Christian Foundation for Education to bring financial and spiritual support to the children in Togo. Currently, LTCM is supporting 8 Togolese children for the 2006-2007 school year. These funds go towards the cost of tuition, as well as all books and school materials needed.
The children range in grades from primary to high school and are either orphans or coming out of undesirable living conditions.
Daniel E. Nyadzawo is our representative in Togo. He is a believer and member of Togo Presbyterian Church. Daniel will be working with his local church pastor Essovi F. Tsogbale, who oversees the program. Pastor Tsogbale is also the Director of a School called " College Protestant d'Agbalepedogan de Lome."
CFE’s goal is to continue to raise support for the Togolese children while expanding the ministry in Burkina Faso and Liberia. They are dedicated to bringing justice and mercy through education to children who are forced into servitude, military service and arranged marriages, and are living in deteriorated economic conditions.
