There is NO overhead charged for U.S. administration.

All U.S. workers are volunteers.

All trips to the fields are funded by the participants or their local churches.

All ministries are overseen and under the authority of the local national church.

Individual churches are encouraged to partner directly with the national ministries.
FINANCIAL OVERSIGHT
The partnering churches of LTCM are operating with the financial principles outlined by the ECFA (Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability).
Immediate practical oversight is provided through New City Fellowship of St. Louis, whose financial records are independently audited bi-annually.
